This Trattoria-Pizzeria has the pretension of being a plan of biological short row. An exercise trades them that, for the purchase of the raw materials, it is not taken advantage of the conventional channels of intermediation but of a relationship directed with the local agricultural companies, prepreferring those to biological conduction.
In our Menù it will be specified, produced for product, from which agricultural company it comes and where it is located, with the attempt to give-again an identity to the food that we consume.
We do not use product of the Multinationals company that with their business policy are expelling our agriculturists from the campaigns without obtain advantage of price and quality to the end consumer.
